freshly – Chicken Tikka Masala

I tried another freshly meal from my roommate. When I was working in New York, there was a great lunch buffet spot called Haandi that me and my college friends would go eat. They rotated what was served each time we went, but the Chicken Tikka Masala was always on point.

The freshly Chicken Tikka Masala was not as good. It smelled wonderful after heating it up in the microwave. The sauce was creamy and the chicken was juicy too. The green beans and the green peas and the carrots and the chickpeas seemed slightly out of place. The rice was a bit watery too. I ate all the food though.

Next time I want to eat Chicken Tikka Masala, I think I’m going to eat it at a restaurant. I don’t think that this meal was bad, it’s just that I’ve had better in the past. I would say that this freshly meal ranks pretty evenly with a Chicken Tikka Masala frozen dinner I’ve had from Trader Joes. The Trader Joes meal didn’t have as many vegetables.

Note: I am not a vegetable hater – I eat vegetables on a daily basis.
